Below is a list of mental health resources for anyone who needs them. Whether you are looking for yourself, or looking for ways to help a loved one. This page will be updated as new resources are brought to my attention. California Peer-Run Warm Line - 1-855-845-7415

NON-EMERGENCY - The free service is available to anyone who calls or texts the California Peer-Run Warm Line at 1-855-845-7415.
The line will be staffed Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. until 11 p.m., Saturdays from 7 a.m. until 3 p.m. and Sundays from 7 a.m. until 9 p.m.

Mental Health First Aid
